6:00 PM Pacific | 9:00 PM Eastern

Can't attend live? Register & get the replay.

This is an educational workshop. Sharing is optional. No cameras required.

If you're in a second marriage, you already know:

Blended families add complexity.
  • Different parenting styles

  • Divided loyalties

  • Old wounds resurfacing

  • Tension that escalates faster than you expect

Most couples don’t struggle because they don’t care.

They struggle because no one taught them how to lead calmly inside a blended system.

This workshop will show you how.

During the Workshop, You'll Learn:

How to stay aligned as a couple under pressure

A 3-step reset when you're triggered and your patience is gone

How to recognize loyalty bind moments before they escalate

Why “trying harder” doesn’t work — and what does

If you’ve already downloaded the Reaction to Regulation: 10-Minute Reset Guide, this workshop will build on that foundation and help you apply it more effectively inside remarriage dynamics.

If you haven’t seen it yet, you’ll receive access after registering.

After this workshop, you’ll leave with:

A deeper understanding of loyalty binds

You’ll understand what loyalty binds actually looks like in real-life blended families and why they often trigger escalation. Instead of reacting to behavior, you’ll be able to recognize the deeper dynamic driving it and respond with greater steadiness.

1

A Practical 3-Step Reset You Can Use Immediately

You’ll leave with a simple, repeatable reset process you can apply the next time tension rises. Not a theory, but a clear sequence you can follow in the moment to prevent escalation and regain calm.

2

Greater Alignment With Your Spouse

You’ll learn how to stay connected as a couple under pressure, especially during parenting stress. Instead of pulling apart when things get heated, you’ll know how to create unity before addressing the issue.

3

A New Lens on Regulation and Leadership

You’ll see why staying regulated isn’t just about self-control — it’s the foundation of leadership in a remarriage. When you regulate well, you influence the entire tone of your home.

4

Confidence About What Comes Next

You’ll gain clarity about where your family may need deeper work — and whether structured support would be helpful. Even if you don’t take another step, you’ll walk away with insight you didn’t have before.

Is this Live Workshop for me?

YES! This is for you if...

You're in a second marriage, and you expected things to feel more settled by now, but instead, there are days when it feels harder than you anticipated

You find yourself reacting in ways that don't reflect who you want to be and then wondering what happened

You want practical tools grounded in real blended family dynamics, not generic advice that assumes you're working with a first-family structure

You're willing to look at your own patterns — not just manage your kids or wait for your spouse to change

You and your spouse aren't always on the same page when stress peaks, and by the time the moment passes, something between you feels slightly off

Why is this workshop free?

Most married couples wait until conflict has hardened into resentment before seeking support.

I want you to have practical tools before that happens.

This workshop will equip you with skills you can use immediately.

If you decide afterward that you want deeper guidance, I’ll briefly explain what that looks like — but this session is focused on giving you real value first.

Frequently Asked Questions

I already read the PDF guide. Will this workshop just repeat the same content? No. This workshop builds on it and goes deeper into application and alignment.

Do I need to bring my spouse? You're welcome to, but it's not required. Some people come alone and share what they learned afterward. Others bring their spouse so they're both hearing the same framework. Either way works.

What if I can't attend live? A replay will be available for 14 days. The live Q&A portion is often the most valuable part.

Will there be an offer at the end? Yes. I’ll briefly share the next step for couples who want deeper support at the 50 minute mark. There’s no pressure to enroll.

About Your Facilitator

Barbara Neufeld

Barbara Neufeld understands blended family struggles firsthand because she's lived them both in her family of origin and in her own home.

For years, she watched her own family struggle despite her best efforts. A moment of painful clarity changed everything. She stopped looking for better techniques and started learning how to lead a complex emotional system.

Today, she helps remarried couples move from reactive patterns to intentional leadership — using proven frameworks from the Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, neuroscience, and nervous system regulation.

She knows these challenges aren't about whether you're good enough. They're about learning to lead a system that most advice was never designed for.
