Hello, I'm Barbara

My husband and I Help Remarried Executives Create Connected Marriage & Family Life Without Sacrificing Career Success

Because Leading at Home Requires a Different Kind of Strength

You’ve led teams, solved complex problems, and carried heavy responsibilities.

Yet, Marriage and Family Life can feel like an entirely different kind of challenge. One no one ever trained you for. You’re not alone. And you’re not failing.

You simply could use a few new skills and a different kind of leadership, one rooted in intentionality, connection, and grace.

That’s where we can come in.

From Boardroom Success to Family Breakthrough

You’re strong, capable, and successful in so many areas of life, but marriage and family? That’s where things feel most fragile. I know that story because I’ve lived both sides of it.

For decades, I partnered with senior leaders and C-suite teams to enhance efficiency, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize operations in demanding, high-pressure environments. I understood how to manage pressure, keep things moving forward, and hold everything together when the stakes were high.

This Work Matters
to Me

But while I was helping other leaders succeed, my own home life was unraveling. Despite coming from generations of divorce and being determined to break the cycle, I found myself divorced not once, but twice. The skills I relied on at work - structure, communication, problem-solving - didn't seem to help at home. I was doing the best I could, but the stress, disconnection, and tension kept piling up.

The Turning Point & The Work: Then came a moment of devastating clarity: My own son pulled away from me in fear.  I saw the pain in my daughter's choices that mirrored my own. My children were absorbing every argument, feeling every tension, learning that this was what love looked like. We were repeating the painful patterns we'd inherited, and I refused to let that be their story.

That realization launched me into the most important work of my life. I knew I couldn't keep hoping things would get better on their own. I had to become the change I wanted my children to see. So, I took Radical Responsibility for my emotions, my patterns, and the legacy I was shaping. I dove deep into discovering what it actually takes to create a thriving remarriage and peaceful blended family, especially for couples facing complex challenges. I applied everything I learned to my own relationships, one step at a time.

Today & Why This Matters: Today, I have a loving, connected marriage, peaceful relationships with co-parents, and joyful, trusting bonds with my children and step-children. â€‹Together, my husband and I now coach and support others in building the same kind of healing, connected marriage we’ve fought for and built ourselves.

This work matters to me not just because I know how fragile things can feel behind closed doors, but because I believe our children deserve better. They deserve to grow up in homes filled with safety, connection, and love—not the patterns we’ve inherited but the ones we intentionally create. Breaking those cycles isn’t just about healing marriages, it’s about rewriting what’s possible for the next generation.

I know both sides of this story: The struggle and the breakthrough. It's never too late to break the cycle and create something better for yourself, your marriage, and your family by leading with intention and grace, and the courage to transform your relationships.

It wasn’t easy, and yes, there are still challenging moments, but it's worth every difficult conversation, every moment of growth, and every step toward connection.

Your family's story can be different, too.

Faith-Based Leadership

Faith-Based Leadership Support Available (Optional)

If you desire, we offer Christ-centered guidance woven into our work together.

My journey to a thriving marriage and connected family is intricately tied to my faith. I believe that no matter our religious background, a successful marriage is possible—but when we combine faith with intentional action, our healing and progress can be amplified in powerful ways.

As a Christian, I understand the deep desire to create a marriage that honors God, fosters unity, and provides a strong, loving foundation for our children. Yet, even with faith, marriage is challenging. We face trials, disappointments, and moments of doubt.

The truth is, love alone isn’t enough to sustain a lifelong partnership—faith alone isn’t either.

That’s where we come in. We provide individual, couples, and group support for Christian parents and parents-to-be, as well as committed couples who desire to:

  • Build a Christ-centered marriage grounded in love, trust, & mutual respect

  • Strengthen their connection & navigate conflicts with grace & understanding

  • Create a home of peace & unity, where children feel secure & loved

  • Move past old wounds, fears, & unhealthy patterns that hinder intimacy

  • Learn biblical & research-backed relationship tools that align with their faith
